Our service is Free funded by the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme and we aim to help our community on a one-to-one basis, in the comfort of your home. Even if you’re outside our growing area, we can still offer phone advice and signpost you to help.
The Energy Team adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation when recording all individuals’ details. For more in depth help for clients we also use the Fairer Warmth Platform to optimise our service.
Fairer Warmth for Individuals is an information packed website for the public, giving individuals the opportunity to navigate the complex landscape of energy efficiency and support. With access to videos, articles and links to other local services in your area, it can be a helpful and interactive tool alongside working with our caring support team of advisors here at Awel Aman Tawe.
