Hwb y Gors Centre Manager

In advance of opening Hwb y Gors later in the year we are currently recruiting a Centre Manager. We are looking for someone who will oversee the launch of the Hwb, help to develop the financial and operational procedures and, once open, take over the management of the Centre. The development of Hwb y Gors has been a labour of love for Awel Aman Tawe, and we are looking for someone with equal understanding and passion for the development and growth of this low-carbon community hub for arts, education and enterprise in Cwmgors. This is a challenging, highly rewarding position, the success of which requires a commitment to the local community and to AAT’s joint purpose of addressing the climate emergency and supporting community resilience. With support from the rest of the team, the post-holder will strive to ensure the centre is self-sustaining within 3 years and net zero by 2030.
