You’d be very welcome to come and see our windfarm being built. We’ve got site visits on Thursday 8th Sept 8th at 2pm and Tuesday Sept 20th at 2pm. There are 10 spaces at each so please book asap by emailing info@awelamantawe.co.uk. We’ll be meeting at the site offices, off the A474, 3 miles north of Pontardawe. We’ll drive the 4km of track, see turbine foundations and the substation.

Our engineers from Raymond Brown Construction will be on site and there’ll be plenty of time to ask questions. There’ll also be a cup of tea and welshcakes.

Do watch our timelapse Wind-powered ‘Pick up Sticks’4 days work in 3 minutes! Progress and pictures of our community wind farm in our new Awelog.
